Why don't you Google for an answer instead of expecting others to do your homework for you?
if you are doing dom kind of studying, your teachers are failing you if they are not equiping you with the means to do searches for articles and research you need to complete the assignments (rather than just asking other people to do it for you). If you are paying for this course, i would ask for my money back, or ask them to teach you how to do it yourself
shouldn't that be looking forward 2 your answer?;
"......mate ones. " ???????
Like others, I'm not going to do all of the work for you, but I will help you to use Google properly.

Use 'change law' as your search term.
Then, on the Google results page, click on 'Pages from the UK'
On the next Google page (under the date options), click on 'Custom range'.
Enter 1/11/2010 in the first box and 28/1/2011 in the second one.
Then select from the results you see. (There's a promising one about the Bribery Act on the first page of results).

Chris
I, also, don't understand what is meant by "mate ones"
I am presuming they are interested in draft legislation, not those that came into force last October (mate = made?)
