I worked part time for the past 4 years for a charity. We have suddenly gone bankrupt and I am filling in the redundancy forms. It asks if we are due wages, which we are, but it asks if we are due holiday pay. Us part timers never had holiday pay, we only got paid for the days we turned up. How does this affect my redundancy entitlement?

If you are not due holiday pay then you can't claim for it. It's a strange arrangement though, in most organisations part-timers get pro rata the same holiday allowance as full-timers. Is it a national charity?

you are still entitled to 5.6wks annual leave per year. So if you worked on average 5hrs a week you are entitled to 5hrs x 5.6
