I am a UK citizen and would like to buy a residential property in Florida to rent out. Does anybody have a reliable link to information please? I am unsure about how I could purchase and pay for the property. TIA

im sorry i dont have any info on buying a property over there. But just wanted to say that there are certain areas of housing that are restricted to residential only, and others that are zoned as ones that can be let short term to holidaymakers.
Just make sure you buy in the correct one
