my ex girl friend is on a section 20 she went into the bed room i was in the liveing room she came back with a 12inc chef knif and went to stab me in the chest i aviod it and she then went to put it in my head i put my hand up and caught it it cut my hand between my finger and thumb i had 6 stichs she has gone not guilty and is clameing self defance i am just woundering weather you you think she will go jail it is 17 and has previse for fightin and she has a trail in adult cout im jt woundering if she is found guilty do u think she will go jail help needed asap thnxz

In all seriousness, why does it matter? She has been charged, and the wheels of justice, such as they are, will turn. If she is guilty (and you know that, one way or another, as if she claims self defence, one of you is misrepresenting the truth), it is likely that she will be convicted. If convicted, it is likely, for an offence of this nature, that she will be given a custodial sentence.

I suspect so; they're quite hot on knife crimes at the moment, though more so on the streets than in domestics.
