what is the general outcome of a sexual harassment allegation within an office environment. ie manager and subordinate, the latter making claims? in uk law and in the usa law if you know anything about stateside law. surely they can never work together again. i have posted prior to this but would kindly like to hear what the general procedure is, if there is one? the claimant is a woman scorned as we have now got married. she was offered promo. she is claiming for her safety saying that its me, ie wife could jeopardise her progression and also general safety in the building, dont get this one. she didnt tell his boss anything other than about safety but the Qs do infer sexual harassment. hubby has had qs back to modify that were asked of him monday am on the phone. we cant return comments til we know what allegations are, surely these should have been stated even before the question asking? the hr guy was asked tues to return doc with these on top and also his name wasnt even on the top but instead the plaintiff\'s!!! think that is so disgusting and unprofessional, doesnt this mean they have messed up already. they have been silent up to now, ie 4 days. surely they cant come back with a decision until hubby had returned his side of things re qs and additional info he was asked to add?
