A report in the Daily Telegraph 3rd. July 2009 stated that a Mr. Anthony O'Shea, represented by his lawyer Mr. Chris Saltrese, was to have a test case at the Court of Appeal against his conviction heard " within weeks ". It is stated that his conviction due to the Operation Ore investegation could have been a " huge miscarriage of justice ".

Can you please tell me if that appeal has come to court and the result, or when it is due to come to court ? Thank you.
