If you plead guilty, this'll be taken into consideration, but the punishment probably depends on who's sitting that day.

Do you reckon its a high chance of a sentence though? Consjdering the only worst punishment since is 3months youth offending and that was a year ago and not for fighting either? Also if i pleaded not guilty and got a witness and they had a witness but their was no CCTV then what do you reckon would happen because court is friday and im not sure what to do i dont wont to go prison.thanks for ur help so far mate
Serves you right

If you can`t do the time, don`t do the crime, why use a bottle when you`ve got fists? Drunk or not, I`ve got no sympathy for you
The courts have very little sympathy for youths who claim that they committed their crime under the influence of alcohol. It is not an excuse. You shouldn't have even been drunk at your age, never mind bottling some poor sod across the face.
what were you doing getting drunk at 16 you deserve all you get
If you plead guilty the sentence will be less than if you plead not guilty and get found guilty.
Needhelp - you've had a previous run-in with the law, so it COULD mean a short custodial sentence, and attacks using weapons of any sort are being clamped down on.
I would seriously plead guilty though, and send a letter of apology to the person you injured. Then you may be lucky this time, but I hope you can curb your drinking if it makes you violent.
At 16, you've got your whole life ahead of you hun. Don't ruin it any further.

What is your defence? (not including being drunk)

Why did you hit him with a bottle?

Are you suggesting getting someone to lie to become a witness?

Finally......there is a good chance you will get time so pack a bag.
whats this ummmm?

are you into law ???

best be on my way lol nite

If you ask your doctor to refer you on an anger management course before you go to court, that'll also go in your favour - and might genuinely help you.
You're far too young to start life in this way.
firstly seeek legal advise on whats best to the specifics of our case. Conseider signing up for alcohol related counselling and anger management or at least by friday show a willingness to. Accept responsibility for your actions and learn from them in the future
Still pack a bag tho, and a soap on a rope
