Ex has moved back in

Our house, in both names was put on the market. The sale has now fell through. He has moved back in and changed the locks. Every single thing in the house belongs to me. Can I legally break in and retrieve my stuff?

If the house is in joint names I do not believe he can change the locks and deny you access...unless he had an injunction against you.
