overtime pay

if my husband is contracted to work 37.50 hrs a week and he does overtime is it right that the firm pays him his normal hourly rate? (they used to pay time and a half on all overtime but double on sunday)

no he always gives me his pay and payslips,it's because the firm are being silly gets,cutting hours ,laying people off then recruting from romania
