UK national working East Eurpean country would like to sell his car with UK plates to local resident.
Can local resident continue to use and keep UK plates, if his country is permmiting the person to drive in that country cars with foreing plates, if he can proove he is the owner of the car.
Or place the question other way: Can UK citizen sell the car to foreigner and UK plates remain on the car, and for how long.
