can anyone give me any information re; initiating a claim against the council re; cost of repairs/ renewal of a bicycle wheel, I live in glasgow (scotland), the fault was previously reported some months earlier but was not repaired, tia, dougie.

why would the council pay for a fault of your bicycle tyre?

Perhaps because there was an alleged hole in the road that Dougie's bike fell into. But he didn't say that.

aha it makes more sense. i wondered who would report a fault in their bike tyre to the council!
