my father died last year 2007. he had a will he told me several months before his death. his wife now had 2 kids grown now but my dad only had 2 real kidsand we was not even a part of the funeral. i know his wife will never honor the will if i cant obtain it some how.please help and pray it was recorded.

2007 is not last year.

You can get a copy of the will from the probate Registry if it went to probate. If it didn't there's really nothing you can do.

And I'm afraid that the fact that he told you he had a will doesn't mean that he did - or that it was valid. If it was made before his second marriage then that would have annulled it.

However - something in your style of writing/spelling suggests you may be in the USA. If so, laws could be different there - and I suspect vary from state to state.
