What is the likely sentence for someone facing a charge of Common Assault (with a previous caution 19months prior for same charge against same victim - girlfriend), and then for Resisting a constable. Victim sustained a small cut above eye. When police arrived, perpetrator had lenght of wood in hand, but did not use this on victim or police.
