Thanks for your response!Gayed

I need it to get married in jamaica, apparently the little one about a5 size isnt the right one, I need the larger one (aout a4) with parents occupations on etc.

Does anyone know how much it costs?

i got one like 5 years ago and i cant remember but it was nothing drastic like from 0-20 quid but really cant remember.

so is it true? once you have gone black you never go back?
It should cost 7, you can get it from the register office where your birth was registered or directly from the GRO (www.gro.gov.uk) but they will charge you sligtly more if you don;t have their reference number - about 11 I think.
