Sending JPEG to mobile phone

I, like everyone can email a picture from computer to mobile phone but can't find a way of sending a picture from my computer to a mobile phone. Is there a way? I'm aware that it can be done via bluetooth but would like to send picture remotely to other phones. I have asked this question before but still no success.

Sorry! Sorry! Should have read: can send picure from my mobile phone to my computer but not the other way round. Sorry again ;-)
