what year and month did the laws xome in to practice that pubs could open all day long (this is going back at last 20 years ago) and then when were they allowed to open on sundays??

Statutory Instrument 1988 No. 1333 brought the all day opening provisions into force on 22nd August 1988. As to Sundays, depend where in the UK you mean
