I have accepted a job offer in Queensland Australia my visa is nominated through the Qeensland government and health authority. However my husband who is now 36 when 16 was convicted of a crime and was sentenced to 21 month serving 9. Does anyone know of the chances of his visa passing? He and our children will go on the visa that i submit. If he wasnt accepted would this mean that the whole visa was denied? We really do want to be successful. I have held out until our police checks came through before lodging my application. Not sure if it would be better done with an agent although i have been given the link to complete by the australian visa bureu. This is driving me mad as I want to lodge asap but could do with some advice K
