hi all im in court 2morrow over driving without due care and attention,the court has sent me a letter stateing i must be there as the court is considering 2 disqualify me wich is totaly fair im expecting 3 months as it was fairly minor,but what would impose the judge 2 order a retest after the disqualification as i dont think i could financialy afford 2 regain my license at the present time,i beleive drink drivers deserve 2 retake their test but my situation i honestly dont beleive i deserve 2 be disqualified and ordered 2 take retest ur help would be apretiaited thanks.

the 2 means to ethal sorry lol,i passed my test about a year before the accident and 2 years ago to this day,i though u only had 2 take a retest if u got more than 6 points wilste in ur 2 year probation period.
You're still doing it. You are not texting on a mobile phone, please use proper letters and grammar, so you can easily be understood.

Due care and attention has penalty points of 3 - 9, so you could have your licence revoked and have to resit your test.
