Hi,
Anyone know if you can cancel you mutual Council swap after one side of the tenancy agreement has been signed?
Do you have to go through with it legally, even if you yourself havent yet signed for the other person's home?
Thanks

Who signed which part? From your question, I would assume they signed and you haven't.

Did you sign anything else beforehand to agree to this?

Speak to the council and see if they can put a halt to it.

Hi Jenna,
Yes, that's right. Only he has signed, we are due to sign tomorrow. Nothing else has been signed.
Cheers.
Both have to sign , until then you are free to change your mind.
