Is it legal for a car valet business to conduct its business from a Ford Transit van parked at the roadside outside our house? Yesterday they had 3 cars parked up waiting for cleaning. Other days they park on the double yellow lines on the street corner.

Many thanks. We were pretty sure it was not lawful, but when we phoned the firm, they said 'They are a mobile firm and that's what they do' and we began to question ourselves!!
