Secretly filmed - is this legal??

I think i have been secretly filmed whilst at work as part of an undercover tv documentary. It is due to be broadcast this week. I have not been asked for my permission to appear in this programme in any way, is it legal for them to show me on tv without my consent?

Any advice would be much appreciated!!
