How can my daughter's, father's name be added to her birth certificate.

Has her birth been registered?

If not, you must both be present when the birth is registered.

If she already has a birth certificate- you need to re-register at the Registry Office. Contact them for further details, but it should be straight forward.

It won't make the baby legitimate though - you have to marry the father to do that.
