how can I go about getting representation to get money from the estate agent? they say the landlord has made their decision and so I'm not getting just under 200 due to me. They say the amts are for council tax that was undercharged and a fee an electrical company charged for once I missed their visit. This 'no show' charge was 20 and i paid by cheque(i have email from the company saying there were no more costs incurred and the 117 on the recipt i have from landlord claiming is for this call is not valid). Council tax has also been cleared as the estate agent told them i'd moved out 19 days later than i actually had and I have a letter from them exonarating me. I feel foolish quibbling over a relatively small amt of money but am also angry that i am being taken for a ride. I appreciate any help..jentee
