14 Days before the death of my uncle he instructed his solicitor to gift a commercial property to myself. The documents were prepared and my uncle signed them. Three days before i was due to sign my uncle passed away. His solicitor now states that the gift is no longer valid because, although my uncle has signed i did not before is death.

Where do i stand in this situation and will this stand in court?
