You'll love this one jojo. A friend of mine chopped down some branches that were hanging down into his garden from a neighbour's tree. The neighbour was hardly ever around, but on seeing him this day, he told him what he'd done.
The man next door was quite agreeable, but said that "by law!"my friend was bound to offer the wood back to him!?? He didn't take it - but I've often wondered if this really is the case?
It is the case Ice,as far as i know! But,only pure b***ers with nothing better to do ,would take full benefit lol !!
BH Linda!! Really??? Oh lol - would it be the same if it was some type of weed trailing down???
Depends on the type of weed!!...lol..
PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!! That was very quick for this time of the day! x
It's the end of intelligence, before i shut down for the night lol..Brain dead from now!
I've been brain dead for hours hun. I'm going to think about crawling off to bed now. Will just apologise to jojo for going off at a tangent - but the whole thing about offering back branches and twigs just strikes me as hilarious - x
I know...it's just so polite !! Anyway,night Ice ;-)
I'll say "night" linda - but now I've just commented on the "imps" thread!!!! I see what people mean now, about sometimes being unable to drag themselves away from AB. It's sad isn't it! x
