Are you allowed to go out during daytime when on sick leave recovering from surgery?

There's no law that says you can't go out when off sick, but I'd guess if your employer saw you lugging shopping bags around or doing anything else which may give the impression that you were fit for work they may take a dim view of it. If you're just going out for walks to get exercise and recover then it wouldn't be a problem.
Yes you can. You can even go on holiday.
dunno about the going on holiday bit unless it was going to aid your recovery.

What i do know is my company allowed me to go spend 2 weeks in Greece when i broke both my wrists and could not work.

If it's vampirism you're recovering from, it's probably best not to go out during daylight until you know you are fully recovered...
Of course you can , you still need to do shopping to eat , going out is part of getting better ,
