Whilst parked in my employers private car park last week another car crashed into mine causing about 800 of damage but left no details. There are clear signs stating the car park is covered by CCTV - this was not the case and there are no signs stating cars parked at owners risk. Do I have a claim against my employer?

No. He has in no conceivable way been negligent.
Those 'at owners' risk' signs are commonly seen where a person has to pay to park.

The companies are saying that receiving payment does not put a burden on them to protect your vehicle.

You have no claim.
Why not claim off your insurance?

Cheers, as I thought. Thing is despite having protected no claims I can't claim as more then 2 claims in a year and I lose 7 years no claims, prob just wait till a year is up and claim then.

Thanks
It would be unusual to lose all 7 years - it is usual to reduce it to perhaps four or five years, maybe less.
