I work in a school, I'm a teacher, and she's a receptionist.

what are the laws on having a relationship with a colleague?

can they stop us from having a relationship? what can they do/not do in this case?? any links to pages on this law??

There are no laws against relationships between colleagues. I work in a Collage and quite a few couples work there together. The school may have their own policy against it but this isn't as common as it used to be and it definately isn't against the law.
