I have just bought a property that hasn't had the electrics touched for close on 20 years (other than an attic conversion 4 years ago that was 'tagged' onto the existing electrics. Does anyone know how much roughly it would cost for a complete rewire?

House is terrace with 5 beds (2 in attic conversion) and approx 150m2. House is in Croydon, Surrey
