pls help.. Im very,very worried...I was given caution for shoplifting and Im worried that it might affect my application as nurse in uSA. Are they very strict with offense like this?

Can my daughter choose to live with me>?

Accepting a caution for an offence means that you accept you were guilty. It does not count as a conviction but, depending on what you have to tell them when appying for the job, it might affect you.
