I received a letter off my ex yesterday stating that he has stopped the standing order for child maintenance, it is a court order, is this allowed without him going to the court or myself 1st ? My ex has just been made redundant so i can understand what he has done but this has appeared out of the blue and i do know through him that he has had redundancy pay, holiday pay, another payment due to this and also the share save scheme money back that we started together before the divorce. I cannot really afford to go back through solicitor my divorce was through court due to my ex playing games.
