How to start a serious Law problem Q

Hi...

I am about to embark on another piece of LLB course work. I am top in year.. getting firsts BUT..

I seem to start problem questions with the classic... In order to ascertain.. in order to determine....

Can anyone suggest an alternative to my intro.

I prefer to: state the facts, state the law, apply the law to the facts, then draw a conclusion.

So you might start: A, B, C, D and E have bought a house.... or F has been arrested....etc.
Oooh, LLB coursework, brings back memories haha :)

In consideration of the pertinent issues...

Prior to applying the appropriate legal principles to the facts in this case a discussion of the key.....

They any good? Graduated in 2001 so bit hazy for me :)

A= apply
C=conclusion....

What about newspaper headline style?
Big bold one-line heading. Think Daily Mirror!
eg
"EU stole my common law system, says shocked UK".
"English rape law under threat from fixated Govenment"
"Our shame at beach looters exposes human greed: is property really theft?"
