Does a consent order have to be signed? Ex and I mutually agreed to settlement on the FDR hearing day after the judge sent us out and asked us to try and negotiate. A Consent order was then drawn by the judge. Greedy ex is seeking to ask for more money after the property has been sold and her share awarded under the terms of the settlement. Can she really do that?
