How can i go about transfereing the deeds of my sisters property into my name. The reason for this is that my dad died last year and as part of the settlement monies owed by my sister to me from my dad will it was suggested that i would take her house which has no outstanding money owned on it We have paid all the inheritance tax on the complete estate.

Your solicitor can prepare a Transfer deed. The "purchase price" will be stated as the share of your father's estate which you would otherwise have received in cash- or it could be an Assent direct from your father's executor to you in settlement of that share.
