Hi, i've been asked to ap a friend who already works for the apply for this position by friend who already works for the company but thinks i would be good at the role.
Thing is - i don't know whats involved and feel abit daft asking! - know thats silly bu thats whats she's like.
i know its to look after the client, the work and make sure they're always happy with the service they're been giving but what ae the day to day responsibilities and tasks??
