We ordered a kitchen from a well-known store including appliances. When it came to the delivery date two of the appliances (oven & hob) worth around 700, were missing. We received many phone calls with different delivery dates and were not happy with the service. Eventually we got the items 4 weeks later. Four weeks after that another oven and hob, exactly the same, were delivered. They were signed for but not paid for as this was their error, they have been sitting in the shed since as we are unsure of legal rights. If they eventually realise are they entitled to demand the items back?
