my tail lights wont come on although they are new bulbs have checked fuses can you help

The parking light fuses control back and front on each side so check the front parking lights are working, if not, could be the main switch. If they are working then clean up and slightly bend to tighten the rear lamp contacts.

then you probably wont need them, that should solve a lot eh
