Couple of friends already had in place an enduring power of attorney for their mum but now she has had to go into care after a fall as she doesnt feel confident enough to live alone at home. She still has mental capacity and has asked them to put her house for sale so my question is will this enduring power of attorney allow them to do this or is there more they neef to do, tia

The EPA should allow them to do that if it's been registered

sorry, i see you use EPA (pre 2007) in which case it only needs to be registered if the donor does not have mental capacity
