State Pension Enquiry

Having read an article saying that many women have been underpaid when they first received their pensions I contscted the Pension Service. However, a recorded message says that they are only dealing with reported deaths and change of circumstances at the moment because of the coronavirus. If I have to wait until after the lockdown will I still be in time to make my enquiry about possible underpayment ?
