Forcing Your Way Into A Public Restroom
I was just reading an article just now about an elderly lady who wet herself at a McDonald's because an employee would not allow her access to the restroom facilities. Here's my question-let's say a person was in this lady's predicament, having to go super bad and they simply told the employee "f-ck you, I'm going into the restroom" and shoved their way in if necessary. Would there be legal repercussions for this? Would the fact that you were on the verge of having an accident be a legal defense against any charges pertaining to this?

We do have two public loos in my locality, they will cost you 20 pence a go and are also fitted with defibrillators on the outside wall. They are kept spotless and also have a needle deposit box inside. Also some of the local shops offer free use of their facilities, these shops are signposted in the local info leaflets etc. Seems to work just fine.

nope in Manch - Minshull st - someone had peed on the floor ( in the jury room - secluded for obvious reasons) - I could clearly see it and smell it ( mon morning) uugh
And when I pointed it out - I got looks like
'what do you want me to do about it - clear it up?'
so for the following days I cheered up other jurors with a greeting; "I hope all the men have peed and emptied their bladders before they left home because the bogs here arent worth peeing in" which the court staff didnt seem to think was very funny at all !
if the court didnt know I needed a disabled bog at the beginning they sure did at the end of fourteen days.
