Morning All
I recently posted on Business and Finance and received good advice, short summary of the problem, purchased a shower cabin for £625 but did not install it for a couple of months but since it's been installed we have had nothing but trouble with it. The plumber has been back 3 times and has said that it is a manufacturing fault, where one leak stops another crops up, you cannot have a shower without a mop and bucket. We have been on to the retailer and are getting nowhere, the manufacturers requested pictures which we have sent. It is all a terrible mess. I am constantly emailing and phoning the company but getting nowhere, they just say that they will contact the manufacturer and get back to us. Yesterday i had had enough, i wrote them an email to say that if we dont get a replacement or a refund, we will take it to a smalls claim court. We still have not heard anything, so threatening them with court action means nothing. Please advise what we should do next
