Hi,
I'm thinking of buying one of the aboves Residential Park Homes. Anyone had any problems or positives.
Also, do I need to buy a plot in a residential park or can I rent a plot, similar to a static Caravan.

Sorry eeza I thought about buying a park home a couple of years ago but never followed it through so I can't really comment. Try to revive this thread later, there used to be someone who came on here that lived in a park home- which looked nice from his photos - and he seemed to be happy there.
