Hi,

What do you think the sentence would be for a first time offender charged with Violent disorder. A murder took place but i was not involved i was although there but did not use or show threatening motions in the group i was with.

but is it likely to receive a suspended sentence or community service/fine at crown court as it is my first offence and i did absolutely nothing but stand there?

well, did you do absolutely nothing but stand there, or did you launch a missile? This is likely to make a very substantial difference.

i did literally nothing but walk with the group. i didnt even see the murder happen as when i left i saw no blood etc.
