been charged with a section20 first time in trouble only hit him once broke is cheek bone the lad i hit is well knone to poilce hes on bail for hitting is girlfriend and hes beat some girl up in a take away and 6 month before i hit him he got hit off is mate and is jaw was broke in 2 places and he never want to the poilce on is mate and 3 week before i hit him i found out my girlfriend dougter had been gettin aboused off her dad i was really srested ouy at the time

Sandy he has got a lawyer. He is coming close to the court date and seeking reassurance that he wont go to prison. We are not in a position to advise him on this. It often depends on if there is room in prison and unknown factors like what the judge feels like on the day, plus of course his demeanour, previous etc.

1timer. I suggest you read all the answers given here today and you will find that several people gave their time to offer sincere and sensible advice. It was your own posts that started to be offensive. There are those that dont believe this is a sincere post, as we do get people who enjoy posting rubbish hoping for a reaction.
You have to take things as they come and accept good and bad responses. How you take them is up to you. Just remember you chose to start this discussion.
