i have posted this on cars as not sure where to post. i bought a corsa 5 months ago from a trader, it cost 2000 it had a year mot, a week later the car was off the road i had to but a new rad, anti rollbar, cv joint and part for the temp gauge,. all costing a few hundred . i went to a dealer to part exchange but was told the car is a cat D, and they wont touch it. i have read that the trader should have told me this. where do i stand legally in getting a refund for the car,
