My mate went to magistrate today it was nasty there - the three judges sat there and charged him with harressment section 2 custodial sentance or a heavy fine rule 5 - well his crime the oldest in the book domestic with ex girlfriend - follwed her around phoned her like hell!!! first time offence due to appear again in three weeks to be sentenced does any one know what he will get. first time offender, clean record, family man. BTW the judges was an old woman and nasty man.
