I Applied for a job delivering medical supplies to hospitals and patients homes ,
they have to do a CRB check , the only thing against my name is a caution for theft as a 17 year old , i am 41 now but wondering if this is likely to come back to haunt me .
Any idea's anyone ?

It shouldn't under the "Rehabilitation of Criminals Act 1974"

I think enhanced show up everything.

It might come back to haunt you but I wouldn't judge someone on something they did aged 17. I'm sure many people would think similar to me.

Good luck.
You should be alright.

" conviction received as a young offender resulting in a non-custodial sentence will be filtered from criminal records checks after five and a half years. An adult conviction resulting in a non-custodial sentence will be filtered out from CRB checks after eleven years."
