basic security clearance and formal cautions

I recieved a formal caution 3 years ago. I recently had to fill in a basic security clearance questionaire which asked to include all UNSPENT conviction but did not specifically ask for to include cautions, therefore I left it blank. I did however inform the HR department of the caution. What is the chances of me failing the basic security clearance?

No, idea why they opened two threads the same.
You did not have to disclose that, as it seems they only wanted to know about convictions which were not spent. A caution is not a conviction.

I'm sure they are impressed with your honesty above else. In theory you have passed the security clearance as you do not have any current convictions. You should pass.
