Found a withdraw for creditexpert 7.99 which i know nothing about, i have emailed them but have heard nothing from them. what should i do next

Phone your bank and ask why the withdrawal.

This usually occurs when people have given their bank details to obtain the free 30 day trial and then forget to cancel before the 30 day free trial expires. How else would they get your bank details
