Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me how to fill out a Certificate of Service for a divorce petition? It's a basic one and i know i need to fill in who serves it, the date, who it's served to, and their address. But it's the part at the bottom i'm not to sure about. It looks like this:

"with........ at......... being the said ...........'s last known place of abode"

Just need to fill in the blanks
